The marvellous thing about growing old alongside your teenage fantasies is that you don't notice they're 65, ergo I would too. The worst thing about being this old is the memory that when they were teenage fantasies and on the OGWT, your mum and dad were also in the room because the thought of anyone having more than one telly in 1977 was patently laughable.

I certainly would....what an extraordinary piece of grumble she was in her day, and she's still worth one now. And she can really wail !!!
Her voice sounds better now.
And the surgeon did very good work. She hasn't quite reached wind tunnel yet. Just sort of unnaturally taut.
