I know you don't do 'serious' around here, so I'm not holding out too much hope for a serious answer, but where do you find the inspiration for a blog post every day?
I started my own last week and am determined to post every day, but today I'm struggling.
Billy: If you can't do a post every day, don't post every day.
I find peculiar stuff in day-to-day life and turn the jokes up to eleven.
You may be surprised to learn that I don't ften write and publish a post off-the-cuff. Sometimes the gags rest for a few days in a notebook, and I've got a stock of a dozen or so posts in reserve at any one time.
Basically, don't try too hard, and don't be downhearted if the writing doesn't come easy at first.
Happy Blogday, Duck! Nein! And Billy - remember that you're writing about your life and stuff, which your readers aren't living. You'd be amazed how many people are interested in your cats/dogs/kids/job/current events/natural disasters/weird thoughts. Works for me. That and the tag: lazy blogging.
